One day when I have my own company, salary will be set at a minimum and the bonuses will be grand, as appropriate for the level of performance. And much more frequent than annually. <br/><br/>I think working all day nonstop is counterproductive in itself. I love the quote "We are human beings, not human doings" -- seems applicable here. I know salary is probably the worst way to be getting paid, but this is news to me. I also find it interesting how managers expect you to be working every single minute of every single day.
