Bio
Eva Rykrsmith is an organizational psychology practitioner. Her passion lies in bringing a psychology perspective to the business world, with the mission of creating a high-performance environment.
As Director of Learning at EQmentor, Inc., Eva is responsible for intellectual capital development, mentee learning and development, mentor-mentee matching, and operations of the core business platform. She led the assessment construction and validation process that resulted in an internationally-used personality and emotional intelligence profile that now serves as the key center point of pre- and post- program metrics and informs the matching algorithm. Eva’s thought leadership articles on psychology in business and career are published weekly on the Intuit QuickBase Team Leadership Blog.
Eva has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from Penn State University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina.
My passion is to apply insights from psychology to make work and life better. On this site I gather and reflect on bits and pieces of wisdom related to business, careers, self-improvement, finances, & health.
